Bloggers, YouTubers, podcasters, newsletter writers, social media creators, or just anyone with audiences interested in travel — particularly Iceland, the Nordics, road trips, photography, and adventure travel. We review every application but the bar is reasonable: a real audience and a track record of quality content. Affiliate networks and coupon sites need separate approval.
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours, and almost all within one business day. We may follow up with a quick question if your channel or audience isn't clear from the application. Once approved, you can start sharing links the same day.
We pay out monthly, typically by the 15th of the following month, once you've reached the $100 minimum payout. Payments are sent via bank transfer or PayPal — your choice when you set up your account. A commission only confirms after the customer has received the service and completed the trip — that's when the cancellation period ends. We add 7 extra days as a safety buffer, so a booking made in March for a June trip would pay out in July.
Any page works. You can link to product pages — a specific tour, vacation package, hotel, car rental, or attraction — or to category pages like Tours, Vacations, Cars, or Hotels. All funnels on the site are tracked, so you earn on whatever your audience ends up booking, not just the page you linked to. We also provide banners, product feeds, and a link builder in your dashboard.
No. We care more about quality than volume. A 2,000-reader Iceland-focused newsletter often converts better than a 200,000-reader generic travel site. Some affiliates skip the public audience altogether and just share their unique link with friends and family — that works too. If you do run a public channel, we want to see a real audience and a history of quality content.
If a customer cancels within the free cancellation window or is refunded, the commission on that booking is reversed. That's why we wait until 7 days after the trip is completed to confirm commissions — once a trip has happened, the commission is locked in and paid out in the next monthly cycle. Our typical refund rate is under 5%, so the impact on your earnings is minimal.
