On the whale-watching tour, you sail out into Eyjafjordur Fjord and look for the whales that live there. Humpback whales, minke whales, harbor porpoises, and white-beaked dolphins are seen most often, and you may even see a killer whale or a blue whale.
Then a coach takes you from Akureyri Port to Godafoss Waterfall, which is 39 feet (12 meters) high and 98 feet (30 meters) wide and known for its history. There are toilets, a souvenir shop, and a cafe at the waterfall.
