For the sixth step, “which is Gufa,” you'll enter the steam room, allowing the scrub to do even more of its work. For the final step called “Saft,” you’ll get a taste of a wholesome crowberry elixir to stimulate your palate before heading back into the lagoon. You’ll then see the fullness of ultimate relaxation.
