Want to experience the Northern Lights in the most relaxing way?

Join David The Guide on this eight people maximum tour.

You will be picked up from either your hotel, guesthouse or bus stop starting at 21:30 (Please allow a thirty-minute window for everyone to be picked up).

Our journey will take us outside of the city limits away from any light pollution as the lights are harder to see from Reykjavík. Based on cloud coverage and aurora activity, you will be taken to the best places to see the Northern Lights that night. The drive will be as short as possible, as you'll want to spend as much time as you can seeking and watching the Northern Lights. Often it's a waiting game for this beautiful phenomenon. The good news is that this should leave enough time for your guide to help set up your camera, ready to take the perfect picture of the Aurora.

On this tour, you will also taste Mayan jungle cacao. This cacao is 100% chocolate; hand shipped from the Mayan jungle. It's delicious, but may not be to your taste. If so, we also have regular hot chocolate for you to taste.

You will be invited to meditate and stargaze under the winter sky with us as we tempt the Northern Lights. Benefits of meditation are widely believed to reduce stress, control anxiety, enhance self-awareness, improve sleep. Meditation can be done anywhere, at any time, by anyone! So why not here!

You can expect this to be a calming, relaxing and tranquil experience for you. With the lights of the Northern Lights overhead, you'll feel at peace as you relax into your guided meditation.

Everyone is welcome! David The Guide would be delighted to welcome you aboard!

A little note on the Northern Lights: they are fickle and elusive. They are very common in Iceland. However, sightings are not guaranteed. If you are not lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during this tour, you will be invited to take another tour with us. This re-use ticket is valid for two years after purchase.

All of our trips are carbon neutralized at no extra cost to you!

This tour runs depending on weather, every day at 17:00 we decide if the tour is running or not, please contact your tour operator to find out if your tour is running or not. This tour only runs on the high possibility of lights, we don't want to waste anyone's time.

Please note that bus stop 6 & 7 are closed due to construction, bus stop 14 is the nearest option for travellers choosing either one of those.
