We were told that the rental car pickup would be at the international airport, but she came to pick us up and took us to the rental car office. The staff were very kind and considerate. They also explained where to return the rental car, and we had no problems at all. The price was reasonable, and we were able to fully enjoy the nature of Iceland. We are very satisfied.
Everything was perfect, including Alexandra at the office desk
The rental was excellent. It was as advertised. The only problem was your cryptic description on the certificate of where to locate the Auto Rental pickup. I called at least 5 times and would get a different location on where to meet the pickup person.
