I decided to book with Enterprise at Keflavík International Airport after having a poor experience with Hertz, and I’m very glad I made the switch. Although the Enterprise location is a few minutes away from the airport, the shuttle service makes it extremely convenient. After grabbing your baggage, there is someone holding a sign to direct you, and they also provide a phone number and WhatsApp contact for any questions or concerns. The rental process was smooth from start to finish. There was no wait time to speak with an agent or pick up the vehicle, which was a huge plus after a long flight. The vehicles were all in great condition, and there was a decent selection available in the morning. Returning the car was also very easy, especially with the N1 gas station located right beside Enterprise. What stood out the most, however, was the excellent customer service. Having responsive and reliable staff gave me real peace of mind, knowing I could easily get in touch with them if anything came up during the trip. Highly recommend this location for anyone renting a car in Iceland.

I recently rented a car here for two weeks and had a great experience from start to finish. The car was in good working order, and we had absolutely no issues with the tires or any other part of the vehicle. We put a lot of miles on it, including driving on gravel roads, and the car performed very well throughout the entire trip. Pickup was quick and efficient, and the final cost was exactly what was quoted in my original reservation. There were no surprise charges or attempts to nickel-and-dime us, which I really appreciated. Everything felt honest and straightforward. When we returned the car, Adam was especially helpful. He made the return process easy and, when he realized we were getting close to our flight time, even offered to personally drive us to the terminal. Unfortunately, some car rental experiences can feel shady or leave you wondering what extra charges are coming. This was the complete opposite. Everything was fair, professional, and exactly as promised. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them. A special thank you to Adam for going above and beyond!

An absolutely fantastic car rental agency that I cannot recommend highly enough! We drove 2,700 km, and everything was absolutely flawless, from picking up the vehicle to returning it. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Everything was perfectly organized, efficient, and professional. Busy location during arrivals early in the morning, but the staff were great and efficient. No pressure for extra insurance although it was an additional $50+ per day, if you are a good driver may not be necessary, would have been additional $300+ for my rental, take a video before/after rental. Windshield wiper broke off at 80kmph had to zip tie the wiper, there are no places to get fixed 6hrs from the airport location, no fault of the enterprise, but all good, car drove well with good tires,

I never post reviews but this was the best experience we’ve ever had with customer service so I felt like I had to. Specifically Maya, Adam, and Michael went above and beyond to help us. Genuinely never met nicer workers who were also so good at their jobs that we felt so at ease throughout the whole process. Thank you guys so so much for everything. We loved our “suzu” car and also loved meeting you guys :))
