Customer service was wonderful. Picked is up and brought us to the car. When we returned it, they brought us back to the airport at no extra charge. They were wonderful and will definitely use them again.
A great car and very organised company with clear instructions on how to use the car, get fuel etc. A little hectic at the end, we couldn't get the directions link to work to ensure we returned the car on time. We did eventually and all was well. A good company to deal with
To the people using Guide to Iceland to rent a car and have it delivered, as the website suggests, beware of the €99 fee to have it delivered that is not disclosed by GTI. I chose to take the bus and meet them at the KEF airport, and for that inconvenience GTI refunded me the ticket value. Now to the guys at Floss Car Rental, that’s what I call excellence in treating customers! Way to go!!! Will definitely rent with them again
