Car wash awesome, clean and had no issues on my trip Camping gear provided wasn't great but this was for car hire, not camping

We used the services of this company(Ice Car Iceland) in August 2025 encountered several major problems: 1.The company’s employee gave us incorrect information about the additional insurance when handing over the car. Because of this, we purchased extra insurance from him, which turned out to be completely useless. 2.As soon as we started driving, we noticed that the car seemed to skid. We stopped at a tire service and found that the air pressure in one of the tires was twice lower than normal (!!). 3. After an insurance case (we got a crack on the windshield), the company charged the entire amount reserved on our credit card (more than one thousand euros) and refused to provide us with information about the real cost of replacing the windshield. We do not recommend using this car rental company.

Auto stare i zużyte. Jeździ dobrze i wygodne ale część auta odpada, wycieraczki tragedia. Namiot na dachu na deszczu przemókł woda wleciała do środka. Box z namiotem na dachu cały czas się otwierał. Lekceważenie właścicieli brak gwarancji za konsekwencje użytkowania wadliwego namiotu. Totalna katastrofa przy oddaniu auta!!! Zmienili miejsce oddania auta !!! Takiego koszmaru nigdy nie doświadczyłam . Ledwo udało się zdążyć na samolot. Kobieta która tam pracuje nie powinna mieć nic wspólnego z obsługą klienta!! Wyposażenie ( kuchnia, śpiwór bardzo słabej jakości! Śpiwór nie nadaje się do spania kupiliśmy koce z wełny) Ogólnie NIE polecam!!!!
