This car rental company provided a flawless five-star experience defined by seamless after-hours logistics and clear communication. Both the late-night pickup and drop-off processes were completely frictionless, utilizing a well-lit location and easy-to-use direction. What truly stood out was the team's communication; via email. The vehicle was clean and fully fueled. There was a minor issue with the GPS system. We kept getting messages on the display that the system needed to be updated, on two occasions the system lead us slightly astray. But overall high recommend.
We had a mixed experience with this company. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and the pickup from the airport was well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made for a good start to the rental period.
Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the car had some issues. One of the lights was not working, and the windshield wipers were also not functioning properly. This created unsafe situations, especially in bad weather and at night.
We contacted the company about these problems, but unfortunately we never received a response. This was very disappointing, particularly given the importance of having essential features in a car working properly.
