Compared to most car hire companies this is a breath of fresh air: very relaxed and helpful. Calls and emails were answered promptly and a communications glitch owing to my phone being off swiftly resolved. The car was clean, comfortable and economical; if you want the full insurance package which includes sand and ash protection you might have to request it via email as it wasn’t an option when booking online, but I’m sure they’ll sort you out; nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, and a good price overall.

At he beginning Iwas having an Opinion that the Car is very old. During the Trip we have hadnt any performance problems. Driving it was very easy and funny. Picking up and dropping of has happened rapidly. They were helpfull and kind.

Good service, good car! It’s necessary to rent the all-wheel drive vehicle in March in Iceland. It makes sense to have full insurance, as a stone thrown by an oncoming car smashed our windshield. Check-in and check-out were contactless outside of business hours in the airport Keflavík near the hotel Aurora. It was really convenient.
