実際の配車はKIA の同クラス車(Sportage)でした。 メール問い合わせの反応が迅速。一度、タイヤに釘が刺さりパンクしかけになりましたが写真を送り状況を伝えるとすぐに近くの修理店を手配してくれ、保険適用なので無償で修理ができました。

Great rates! The actual finding the shuttle to the rental center was unclear but otherwise picking up and returning the vehicle at Lotus was very easy and had no issues. I would definitely use this service again to find car rental rates in Iceland.

We were so impressed with the ease of picking up and returning the car. We weren't badgered to purchase additional insurance and were actually talked out of buying extra insurance for windshield protection. It was such an easy and friendly experience.
