予約していた車はこれでしたが、到着すると最近雪が降ったので、とのことで、サービスでJeepの全天候型の車両に変更してくれました！飛行機の到着が遅れてしまい予約していたシャトルには乗れませんでしたが、タクシーを利用し、レンタカー店までのタクシー代も払ってもらえました。タクシーに子連れで乗るため、チャイルドシートを持っているタクシーは空港前のロータリーには見つからず、タクシー会社に電話をして来てもらうなど手間取っていましたが、レンタカー店の方も、気にかけていただき、連絡をくれたりしました。結果として大満足の旅行となりました。どうもありがとうございます。
