La procedura di consegna dell'auto è stata rapida, efficiente ed esplicativa. L'autovettura corrispondeva alla descrizione, era perfettamente funzionante e molto pulita. Ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza molto confortevole.
Pretty good. No major issues. Our car had a crack across the window and was in ok condition but we missed many great driving shots because it distorted the picture. They also struggled with understanding how Guide To Iceland worked and they didn’t know we paid but I printed everything out so there were no issues once I showed my receipts.
The vehicle was perfectly suited for my 10 days of solo, independent travel safely off-the-beaten path (on non-Forbidden roads) and very well equipped with clean, new items for staying comfortably in campgrounds far away from the Ring Road. The car was like new (23,000 kms), clean and handled like a charm. Bonus - The red colour looks amazing in my photos. I took more photos of the car than of myself. :) Konvin (Volcano) staff were friendly, patient and helpful for any questions that arose. Thank you, Mantis and Veronica. You both worked very hard to deliver an excellent service as advertised, and better! You helped make my first trip to Iceland one that I will never forget! I highly recommend this car rental company for all Iceland travel needs and I would not hesitate for a second to book here again.
We arrived early morning and the driver who picked us up from the airport was very prompt, responsive and professional. I selected this company as they are open early morning or late at night unlike other car rental companies even though the office is not in the airport.
