If I only had 24 hours in Iceland
Let´s say that I only had 24 hours in Iceland and I wanted to use that time as good as possible. Here is a guide to what I would do! If my plane lands at 8 am... When I land I would want to start in the blue lagoon since it is pretty close to Keflavík airport. If I didn´t start there I would at least try to get there as soon as possible. Here is a bus transfer you can book to the blue lagoon. The next thing I would do is go to Reykjavík and have a hot dog because I am more of a "light lunch girl" than anything. The Winter Lights Festival - Vetrarhátið 2014
Winter Lights festival is held on 6- 15 February 2014. There will be a lot of sparkling events. ''The main objective of the festival is to illuminate the dramatic darkness of winter with a collection of sparkling events, which both celebrate and emphasize the beauty of Reykjavík City.'' Here is a link to the events website where you can find all the events and everything about the festival. Everybody can find something they will like. Sónar Reykjavík 2014 - music festival
Sónar is a music festival in Reykjavík. It is going to be in Harpa, the Reykjavík music hall, 13th to 15th February. The bands that I want the most to see are: GusGus Fm Belfast Hjaltalín Vök But of course I would really love to see all of the other artist too.
