兩日一夜的南岸導遊非常之差，他負責駕駛和解釋，2天車程16小時以上他在播很難聽的音樂，非常大聲，導致乘客不能休息，車非常之狹窄，他是Nice Travel，一個肥胖的導遊，那些音樂聲令人非常頭痛，不知道他有沒有考慮過遊客的感受，播一些不是英文歌流行曲，連續兩天再播音樂。態度有點惡劣，在回程的時候他責備我們沒有告訴他轉了酒店，不是之前同一間酒店，但不是Guide to Iceland，應該一早會通知他有相關資料嗎，安排非常混亂 另外，完全沒有食飯的時間，在1小時之內要解決食飯，還有觀賞一個景點，完全指示不清晰，非常狼狽，他們講得不清不楚，尤其南岸遊的導遊，他在晚上放低我們在酒店，一聲不發就走了，完全不像一個導遊，第二天準備踏入冰天雪地進入冰洞的時候，轉換另一架車，他沒有告知我們，令到我們沒有時間準備好攜帶禦寒的耳罩和禦寒的裝備，不建議報這個團，導遊導致我們兩天沒有車程睡過好覺，不斷播一些他自己的歌單音樂難聽到死，想嘔。

8天的環島遊不錯，是6+2天的團，15天行程加項：ATV，直升機，鯨魚博物館。 實際15天行程有點長，首都沒有很大，環島回來後感覺時間有點太多了。 直升機因為溝通誤會而錯過了時間，還好溝通後能成功改期，非常感謝。

非常喜歡這次的旅行，原本是為了極光選擇去冰島，但發現其實最喜歡的冰島的自然風光，順便看了好幾天的極光大爆發。畢竟我們不會開車，加入了團體行程，雖然每個點都有限制時間加上冬天日光時間極短，但導遊們的掌握都算是良好，希望有機會可以夏天得時候再去一次。

Highly recommend this company!.. They pulled everything together for us based on what we want. It was well organized. Response time is very prompt. Transaction from start to finish was very smooth and painless. A couple of things I had issue with was the Blue Lagoon with Northern Lights tour where we had to spend on taxi to go to BSI because we did not get picked up at our accomodation. This defeats the purpose of getting a tour agency so as not to rent a car (as we did not have plans of going to far places on our own). We almost miss our flight as airport transfer had one stop (at BSI) where we were at the mercy of the Flybus schedule and heavy traffic. In retrospect, now we know why recommended time for pick up was 12:30pm for a 5:15pm flight. It would be great if the Flybus airport transfer achedule was provided to us or at let the client know to look up the flybus schedule in order to plan ahead. Overall, we had a very memorable and fun trip in Iceland because of you guys!
