They were with us every step of the way. From planning, during the trip and after. Answered all our questions even about local buses. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend. We had one tour cancelled due to weather, I was sent an email about rescheduling or a refund. I had the refund in less than 2 days. Heat company.

Trip de 6 jours bien calibré et varié. Guide-chauffeur parfait: bon conducteur, nous a fait partager sa connaissance de son pays. Enrichissant. La communication sur les pick-ups dans la capitale peut être améliorée. Mais grâce à un service client excellent, toujours disponible et aidant, tout s'est toujours bien passé. Je recommande vivement.

We had such an amazing time on our trip! Guide to Iceland made planning everything incredibly easy. They handle all the bookings (hotels, tours, spas, transportation, etc.) so you don't have to worry about any of the details. This was such a great way to plan an amazing trip without having to do lots of research and figure out the logistics of an unfamiliar country. They were very communicative and answered all of our questions super quickly via email. The itinerary for this package is super jampacked, which means your trip is extremely busy, but this was the perfect way to see as much of Iceland as possible. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this isn't the trip for you. But if you love seeing all a country has to offer, I highly reccommend this package! Each day follows a tight schedule with all the tours, but we still had a good amount of dinners/nights out on our own, and a full day and a half to explore Reykjavik by ourselves at the end of the trip. Our trip went perfectly, and we can't wait to come back to Iceland the next chance we get!

最高でした！！！ アイスランドの大自然を十二分に体験できるツアーでした。 オーロラ鑑賞やブルーラグーンなどのオプションをつけなければ実質５日間でゴールデンサークルと氷の洞窟の別々の2つのツアーに参加するというような感じでした。 ５日分のホテルや空港の往復の送迎は確保されるので、初心者としてはかなり予約の手間が省けて楽でした。 また、豊富なバウチャーが付いてくるので、物価高なアイスランドで地元の料理を堪能する上でとても心強い味方でした。 私は合計８日間アイスランドに滞在しましたが、最終日の市内から空港までの送迎をこの５日間のツアーの一部として対応していただけてとても助かりました。 また、初日も到着便が深夜着だったのですが、ブルーラグーンも翌日に調整してくれるなど柔軟に対応していただけました。 ２日目（実質初日）はブルーラグーンに行った後にオーロラツアーに参加しましたが、大満足でした。８日間のうちオーロラが見れたのはこの日に参加したツアーだけでしたが、きちんとオーロラを観測できる場所まで連れて行っていただき、到着したら十分すぎるくらいしっかりとオーロラ鑑賞や写真撮影する時間が確保されており、オーロラを堪能できましたし、後日ツアーの時に撮影された高画質な写真を無料で送っていただけたこともありがたかったです。 氷の洞窟の２日間は初日に有名な滝などを観光しながらヴァトナヨークトル氷河近くまで移動、氷の洞窟は２日目という日程です。 氷の洞窟の日程は、氷河湖に行き、氷の洞窟へいく別のツアーに参加し、氷の洞窟探検後に、集合場所の氷河湖散策、その後少し移動してダイアモンドビーチを観光、その後フィヤトルス氷河湖へと移動、休憩を挟んでレイキャビクへ帰るというような流れでした。 氷の洞窟は氷の洞窟に行くまでの道のりが物凄い悪路なので、酔い止めは必須だと思います。 メインの氷の洞窟も凄かったですが、自然が作り出すさまざまな形の氷のオブジェを撮影したり、大きな氷の上に寝そべって撮影したりするなど個人的にはダイアモンドビーチでが一番楽しかったです笑 最終日はホエールウォッチングに参加しましたが、冬の北極海の海は想像以上の波の高さで酔い止めを飲んでもキツかったです笑 個人的にはツアーで一緒になった方から聞いた溶岩ショーに行けばよかったなと思いました笑 今回スナイフェルスネス半島はツアーに含まれていませんでしたが、このツアーに参加してもう1日追加で参加できる方はそちらを日帰りツアーで参加できるので、問題ありません。 初めてのアイスランドで行きたい場所が選びきれない方は是非このツアーをお勧めします。
