We had booked a self-driving tour through Guide to Iceland. The team handled everything very smoothly, arranging our rental car and hotel reservations as well as assisting us with our itinerary. Everything was going well until the second day when the weather turned from sunny into a torrential downpour or rain. Since we were on a self-driving tour, we were able to pivot and change our plans. Instead of spending the day hiking in the rain in Thingvellir, we were able to get discounted tickets for the Perlan Museum in Reykjavik. This was a fantastic experience, particularly for families with children. We enjoyed the exhibits, particularly the indoor ice cave, and loved learning more about Iceland. Thanks to the team for helping us with this!

小さな子供でも氷の洞窟を安全に体験できる貴重な場所です。氷の洞窟とは別にたくさんの鳥が止まった崖の展示があって、それを見た次の日に本当の鳥を見に行けたので、それも良かったです。レイキャビク観光の日に行ける、アクセスしやすい観光地として子供連れにはオススメします。

This museum was fantastic! So much information laid out in such an interactive and fun way. It really appealed to my children. The fact they walked through the snow to get to it added to the magic. The ice cave was a firm favourite with us all. Wonderful views at the top, and delicious ice cream too!!

A wonderful place to visit. Great exhibits and you really begin your appreciate the power and beauty of this island. The cafe and restaurant upstairs is a great place to unwind and relax with stunning 360 views. Purchasing tickets in advance was easy and convenient.
