When we originally decided to go to Iceland, the main draw was the Northern Lights. However, we realized very quickly that there is a lot more to Iceland! The scenery was breathtaking, and the amount of waterfalls and glaciers were a sight to see! We enjoyed being on our own and pacing ourselves to what worked with our schedule. We did enjoy the "extras" such as walking on a glacier...that was definitely an experience!!
