We had booked a trip to Iceland wanting to see the Snaefellnes Peninsula and moving further north to the Westfjords staying in Stykkishlomur and Isafjodour. After a lot of homework found out about Jake Lampe/Valkyrie Tours. He was very easy to work with and booked 2 tours, first a full day tour in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and a second full day tour up in the WestFjords area. This was the end of May 2026. Ana was our guide and she was fantastic. I have booked any number of private tours in my travels in the US or international and both Jake and Ana definitely get a top ranking. She knows her craft, very engaging and a pleasure to have as a guide. As the saying goes she knows her stuff. I would highly recommend both of them. You will be happy you did.
