Skaftafell Glacier Hiking Tour | Medium Difficulty

Skaftafell Glacier Hiking Tour | Medium Difficulty
A glacier hiker drinking the glacial meltwater straight from the Svínafellsjökull ice cap.
Svínafellsjökull is a glacier tongue of Vatnajökull, which stretches into Skaftafell Nature Reserve.
The ridges of Svínafellsjökull in Skaftafell have black accents from the ash that has frozen into them.
As you ascend Svínafellsjökull, know you are exploring part of the largest glacier in Europe, Vatnjökull.
Svínafellsjökull's main advantages over other glaciers is that it looks over the Skaftafell Nature Reserve.
