South Coast Tour from Reykjavik with Reykjabod Hot Springs Admission

Your day begins at BSI Bus Terminal in Reykjavik, where you board a carbon-neutral bus with free Wi-Fi and travel along the southern shoreline.

You visit Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, where you can walk behind the falling water, and Skogafoss Waterfall, which drops about 197 feet (60 meters).

Along the coast, you also stop at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, known for its basalt columns and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Sneaker waves at Reynisfjara can be dangerous, so keep a safe distance from the water.

Throughout the day, your guide tells you about the geology, history, and folklore of the South Coast, a region of glaciers and volcanoes, waterfalls, and ocean cliffs.

In the afternoon, the tour ends in Hveragerdi Town, where you transfer to Reykjabod Hot Springs. You have free time to soak in the warm geothermal water and use the outdoor ritual area, where you can move between the sauna, the cold plunge, and the Kneipp pool.
