From Seydisfjordur, follow Seydisfjardarvegur and Nordfjardarvegur to Eskifjardarvegur/Route 950 in Fjardabyggd for about 45 miles (72 kilometers). Next, take 954 Helgustadavegur to Helgustadavegur for about 16 miles (26 kilometers), and then turn right and stay right until you reach Vodlavik.

About 19 miles (30 kilometers) from Gerpir mountain is Stodvarfjordur, a fjord known for its picturesque setting and tranquil atmosphere. You can enjoy scenic drives along the fjord's coastline, with hiking, birdwatching, and photography opportunities.
