The tour guide did not show up at our hotel for our private full day tour to West Iceland. We waited 1 hour. When on a short trip in our Iceland, this was devastating. Be aware this operator books other tour companies, and we now have to wait for the independent person to respond to Guide to Iceland and refund them so they can refund us.
