Hvalfjörður is renowned for its dramatic scenery and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. At the farm, you will be provided with some local refreshments and learn a little about contemporary and traditional farming practices in Iceland. It is optional to take a tour through the ice cave at the glacier, Langjökull, if so desired, before you visit Deildartunguhver, the highest-flowing hot spring in Europe. Afterward, you will make the return journey back to your accommodation in the capital, enjoying the wealth of picturesque scenery as it passes by your window.
