From there you’ll ride to Skjólklettur rocks, a place said to be an elven church. Singing has often been heard near Skjólklettur, so keep your ears peeled for musical elves.

Before you arrive at your next enchanted location, the elven hill Einbúi, you’ll get to test the Icelandic horse’s capabilities by trying its unique gait tölt. Tölt is a smooth gait, where you’ll hardly feel the horse’s hoofs touch the ground, giving you a feeling like you are soaring through the air. 

After spending about 2 hours on your horse, you’ll stop by at the local hotel for a light lunch before you board a vehicle heading back to Reykjavík city.
