Great tour! The weather wasn't really on our side, but our guide, Guðmundur, was very good at finding a couple of spots to view the beautiful northern lights and the incredible night sky - including one spot our little group had entirely to ourselves. Great experience!

It was a long drive to the glacier lagoon but once we arrived we forgot that because the diamond beach and the lagoon was absolutely breathtaking! You don’t see icebergs everyday!!
Northern lights tour is a must when in Iceland in winters! We travelled with Bus Travel Iceland, and they are highly co-operative! The northern lights trip was cancelled on the first day I booked with them due to cloudy weather, so they gave me an option of either a refund or to re-schedule for another day. So I re-booked for the next night and we were lucky with the weather that day. The guide was highly enthusiastic in showing us the lights, helped us take pictures as well! It was quite a show that night!
