Hólmavík is great place for whale watching. Calm sea, only one whale watching boat and many humpback whales close to the boat. We had warm overalls, so we were comfortable even in windy weather.

Although we weren’t successful in spotting whales, the staff was very nice. Recommend.

We saw Minke Whales! That was a fun excursion. The downside to the VIP pass is that BakaBaka did not know about the free pizza with ourchase of a wine bottle deal. Might be a good idea to reconnect with the vendors.

This was a stand out experience from beginning to end - fabulous guides and captain. The trip was comfortable, safe, full and learning and humour , and the whales, the whales!!!! And the birds, and views!
