Our helicopter tour to see the volcanic eruption in Iceland was nothing short of spectacular. We were incredibly lucky to witness the volcano's eruption, especially after our initial appointment got canceled due to weather conditions. Fortunately, we managed to secure a spot on the next available flight on March 23rd. We learned from the manager that the tours had been consistently canceled in the previous days and would soon cease for a film shooting, making our experience even more precious. The overall organization of the tour was excellent, with clear communication from the staff. The pilot made a sensible decision in seating arrangements, suggesting that pairs sit with one person by the window and the other in the middle, allowing both to have a good view and share photos easily, while individuals were given window seats. This arrangement seemed perfect for maximizing everyone's experience. However, there was a slight hiccup due to the behavior of two co-passengers from Spain, who insisted on taking window seats together, disregarding the shared enjoyment and fairness for others. This situation highlighted the need for a more enforced seating allocation by the pilot to prevent selfish behavior and ensure a pleasant experience for all. In conclusion, our volcano helicopter tour was an extraordinary and lucky adventure. It's a must-do in Iceland, especially if you can catch the natural fireworks of an eruption!

What an amazing helicopter tour! We could see this stunning nature from a different perspective which was unforgettable! Our pilot was great and gave us a lot of information about the eruptions etc and we felt comfortable all the time. The organisation (booking, confirmation, information etc) also ran flawlessly. I would book this trip again any time.

Diese Tour war definitiv eines der Highlights der Reise! Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und eine sensationelle Sicht. Unser sehr netter Pilot Gudjon hat sehr viel erklärt und uns spektakuläre Ausblicke ermöglicht. All die Krater zu umrunden, in dem Fall auch über einem ganz frischen Lavagebiet, und Reykjavik von oben zu genießen ist defintiv empfehlenswert.
