My grandson and I went on a ride with Laxnes Horse Farm while visiting Iceland. It was a lovely family run tour and the Icelandic horses are wonderful. It was a a memorable experience for us both! We definitely recommend this.

This riding adventure was one of our family highlights during our stay in Iceland. The staff were fantastic and our guide led us on a spectacular 2-hour ride. We had lots of time to interact with the horses and enjoyed every time the horses went into a tolt gait (super cool!!!).

We had a great experience! The pickup from our Hotel was on time and loved hearing about the history of the Laxnes Farm. Riding on Icelandic Horses was so special and we trotted often and rode thru streams in the countryside. It was extremely windy but totally OK to ride!!
