We were so impressed with the ease of picking up and returning the car. We weren't badgered to purchase additional insurance and were actually talked out of buying extra insurance for windshield protection. It was such an easy and friendly experience.
Lotus Rentals was a dream to work with. They're customer service was courteous and professional. We didn't have a full tank when we left, but they remedied it very quickly and we were on our way. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Easy to meet Lotus staff, easy to pick up and return, staff is helpful and nice service. The car condition is good, platinum coverage is recommended.
