This was an INCREDIBLE experience! Mom chose Fjallsarlon over the larger, nearby glacial lagoon because she thought it would be a bit more of an intimate experience - she was right. After getting kitted up in our warm gear, we headed down to our Zodiac boats to meet our guide. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable about the glacier and the lagoon, and even took ridiculous pictures of me (per my request). There were only 6 other people in our boat, so we didn’t feel too crowded or cramped - and we even got to see an iceberg calving off! We also didn’t feel cold at all in our coats. Overall, it was a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend it!
