Sincere advice: Save your money and book with a different agency. Guide to Iceland 售後服務為零： 向平台投訴完全是浪費時間。Guide to Iceland 收費比別家貴，但出事了只會踢皮球，要我自己去跟營運商交涉。 Useless Support from Guide to Iceland: Complaining to the platform was a waste of time. They charge higher prices than others but provide zero service when things go wrong. They simply passed the buck and told me to deal with the operator myself.
Great trip. The waterfall was beautiful.
We booked this trip after the previous night's trip was canceled. And it was really well worth the wait. The show was spectacular! When we first got there it looked like it was going to be another no show, but we waited patiently, and it paid off! The guide (Birta?) and driver (Damian) were both great. Highly recommend!

Tout était parfait : l'accueil sur le site, la préparation, la facilité pour réserver. Et un grand merci à Matteo pour cette magnifique excursion ! Il est passionné, drôle et très sympa. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
