Lam Mei Ling
This trip covered most of what we wish to see and more. Our guide Agnes is witty, responsible, caring and thoughtful. We feel safe traveling under her guide as she is up to date with the changing weather conditions and is flexible to change plans according to unexpected weather condition without affecting the itinerary of places we were supposed to visit. If you only have a few days to spare in Iceland, this is the trip to go for as it ticked most boxes. The pickup from our hotel was smooth as Agnes go all out to meet us inside the hotel (Hotel Muli). Before each place of interest, we were briefed on what to look out for and were given sufficient time to take in the views and take some photos. Ever mindful that daylight hours were short in December, Agnes safely brought us to the scenic spots when daylight is still with us. Her passion and dedication to her craft we were blessed to enjoy even for such a short tour. We also find the operator of this tour David the Guide to be honest and transparent. The group we were in had only seven pax and we were put in a tour coach that could take in 20 pax. Notwithstanding such a small group, the operator proceeded to fulfill this tour. We find their business ethics commendable and can only wish more operators have such high consideration of travellers plans.
