From Selfoss, you'll ride to the magnificent and stunning Nesjavellir, this is a frontline geothermal power plant that is completely nature approved. After witnessing the natural hot steam rising from the stunning environment in Nesjavellir you'll drive on and see the great lake Þingvallavatn.

Þingvallavatn is part of Þingvellir National Park which is a UNESCO heritage site and holds Iceland's most ancient and the planet's most old parliament grounds. The surroundings of this ancient parliament have become a haven for peace and prosperity as was intended when the parliament was established in 930AD.

The lava is so incredible to observe especially because you see how the European and American tectonic plates meet and create this exact junction wherein the parliament was established.

From Þingvellir, you'll drive on over the desolate lava field that reminds one of the other worlds, this exciting trail will take you to Iceland's most famous hot eruptive springs called the Geysir and the Strokkur.

After seeing hot water explode high up into the air you'll head out further to see Iceland most treasured waterfall Gullfoss. This waterfall dwells deep in the heart of Icelanders as it's history is epic and be sure to ask your guide about all the thick details.
