This tour is your best chance of seeing the Northern Lights in one try!

Departures are guaranteed on this one-of-kind tour led by a Professional Icelandic Northern Lights Hunter. Our first stop is in the vast lava field at Aurora Basecamp, Northern Lights Observatory, where you will experience an indoor simulation of the Northern Lights. From there, your guide will lead you into the dark Icelandic night where, if conditions are right; you will have your photo taken under the natural phenomena.

In the Dark Park, an interactive Northern Lights experience, you will learn how to find and what to expect from the elusive Northern Lights. Here, the tubes are connected to real-time satellite data to simulate a natural Northern Lights display, including their colours and movement. Here, your eyes will have the time needed to adjust to the darkness, essential for observing the details and colours of the Northern Lights.

If viewing conditions at Aurora Basecamp are not right, the tour will continue on a hunt for the best location for a real Northern Lights sighting.

This tour is different from others of its kind as your tour provider will not cancel due to cloud forecast. They operate this tour on the basis that there is always a chance of a sighting, no matter how small. As the aurora is so incredible, it is worth taking the risk to see the world's most beautiful natural light display. Hence, this tour is always your single best chance to see the Northern Lights in Iceland.

This Northern Lights tour is perfect if you only have that one chance.

Other tour companies have cancelled, but you want to try anyway?

If Northern Lights are to be found, we will find them! And, in case no lights are seen you will always have had a beautiful, informative evening in an exceptional place.
