You will pass glaciers on the edge of steep cliffs, black sand beaches and farmer's lands. You will stop for a glacier walk on Sólheimajökull glacier before heading further east, taking a closer look at the black sand beaches and the huge waves of the Atlantic Ocean along the way.

You will reach your luxurious 4-star hotel in time for dinner. In the evening you will be on the lookout for the magical lights of the winter sky, the Aurora Borealis.

Close by; you can visit the famous Diamond Beach, where the icebergs from the lagoon have washed up on shore and sparkle in the sunlight like diamonds on black sand - a truly magical place.

After having admired this spectacle and taken all the photos you want, you'll go for a glacier walk and ice cave tour at Europe's largest glacier, Vatnajökull.

In the afternoon you will be driven along the South Coast back to Reykjavík, stopping at the sights you didn't get to see on your way east, like Seljalandsfoss, a stunning cascade that flows over a concaved cliff face.
