Whiz through the air and discover the beautiful scenery near the village of Vík on this thrilling zipline adventure tour. Fly past green valleys, waterfalls hills and stream on both a 230 metre and a 120-metre zipline courses. Those wanting to add an adrenaline-fuelled ride to their South Coast holiday should not let this opportunity pass them by.

Meet your guides at the southern village of Vík, located near some of Iceland's top attractions such as Skógafoss waterfall and the beautiful black sand beach of Reynisfjara. You’ll hop aboard a vehicle that will take you on a quick ride to a spot just outside of town.

There, immersed in the Icelandic nature, you’ll begin a short, moderate hike up a hill to reach the take-off platform for the first of today’s two zip rides. At the start of the first ride, a 230-metre long line nicknamed the Gentle Giant, you’ll be strapped into a safety harness and receive a quick safety briefing and a helmet.

Once you are ready, there is nothing left but to step of the platform and fly through the air. You’ll be zipping over a majestic canyon, getting a bird’s eye view of the surrounding landscapes while the adrenaline surges through your veins.

From the bottom of the canyon, you’ll take another short hike, this time passing incredible rock formations of Grafargil before reaching the next zipline platform called Little Rush. On this 120 metre line, you’ll fly over the Grafargil rock formations and a stunning waterfall named Hundafoss. After you land a second time, you’ll hike back to the base where a vehicle will be waiting to take you back to the village of Vík.
